Ordering:

After I receive your order through the Contact Form, you will receive an email from me to confirm your order via the email you provided in the Contact Form. After we reach an agreement via email you will receive an invoice requiring a payment to my bank account. Production will begin as soon as I confirm your payment.

PRODUCTION:

When production starts it usually takes 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please note that production times may vary based on my current workflow. You will be notified of any delays in the confirmation email before the purchase is finalized.

SHIPPING:

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a notification email containing your shipment’s tracking number. With just a click on the provided tracking link, you can monitor the status of your package. Please ensure that the shipping address and delivery method are accurate when placing your order, as changes cannot be made once it is processed.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. Typically, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. In the event that no one is available to receive the package at the specified address, the courier will leave a notification after each unsuccessful delivery attempt. The number of attempts may vary based on the destination country. Should the package remain undeliverable, it will be returned to me. In such cases, I will promptly contact you to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth delivery process.

All the listed prices are expressed in euros and do not include shipping costs, which are calculated separately. Prices may vary depending on the customization options selected. Kindled Creature is not in the VAT system and therefore the prices do not contain VAT.

Returns

Your joy and satisfaction are incredibly important to me, which is why I pour so much love and effort into creating high-quality products. If there's ever a hiccup in the production process, I'm always happy to replace the item or offer a refund. For any claims about defective products, please reach out to me at kindled.creature+support@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number, a picture of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.
